Lydia Marsden

Lydia joined ShareAction in 2021 and now spends her time analysing how European banks are approaching the climate and biodiversity crises, as part of the Banking Standards research team. She previously sat in the Climate team, engaging with investors and companies on the decarbonisation of industrial sectors. Before ShareAction, she managed a network of global cities and pension funds interested in fossil fuel divestment and green investment strategies. Outside of work, you can probably find her exploring London by bike, playing 5-a-side football, or attempting to make outfits on her sewing machine.
