James Coldwell

James joined the Workforce Disclosure Initiative (WDI) team in January 2017. For most of the time since he managed relationships with the institutional investors supporting the programme, ensuring investors make the most of the WDI as a tool to engage with companies and improve disclosure. In May 2020 James became Programme Lead for the WDI. He previously worked for a social finance intermediary, and has been an elected councillor since 2016.
