Emma Latham-Jones

As a Senior Manager, Emma oversees investor engagement and campaign strategies in the Biodiversity Team, with the aim to promote positive outcomes for nature. Emma joined ShareAction in April 2023. She previously worked as a climate change L&D consultant for business leaders, at the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development to improve decarbonising transport policies, and for renewable energy start ups in Europe and Asia. She has also enjoyed stints working in sustainable coffee production in Kenya, Guatemala and Brazil, which became the focus of her dissertation at the University of Cambridge. In her spare time, Emma enjoys gardening and swimming.
